12": Wavetraxx - The Rhythm[PTRAXX2041]
Released in Oct 2004 on Planet Traxx, a sub-label of Drizzly. Written and produced by Christoph Menzi. This is a nice remake of the track "The Rithem" which appeard on the 2001 vinyl "Wavetraxx - Freedom" . Both new versions are outstanding; the "Original Mix" is an uplifting melodic hard-trancer whilst the "Next Generation Mix" is more of progressive hard-trancer featuring lots of acid tweaks and a beautiful midbreak, before it takes off again.

12": Polartraxx vs. Unicorn - Hero[PTRAXX2039]
Released in May 2004 on Planet Traxx, a sub-label of Drizzly. Written and produced by Christoph Menzi & Sebastian Ostermann. Typical quality, uplifting hard-trance with lots of piano and strings. The "Original Mix" is a bit lighter than the "Wavetraxx remix", and the "Wavetraxx Classic Mix" is more of an ambient version. It works very well, and all three versions are fantastic.

12": Preview: Wavetraxx - My World
Will be released on Datalessrec (UK) and Drizzly Records in 2006. This is a remake of "My World" which was the B-2 side on the 2001 "Wavescope - Onwaves" vinyl release. And what a fantastic remake! As usual its hard with a great midbreak and a dreamy melody with lots of piano chords. Full of energy and power, just like we are used to when hearing a production by Chris Menzi. Pure quality!

12": Preview: DJ Enzo - Independence
Will be released on Activesense Records in Aug/Sep 2005. This is among the best tunes I've heard this year. It's fantastic, powerful and has a very beautiful, driving melody, whilst being very unpredictable. Melodic hard-trance at it's best!

12": Preview: DJ Enzo - Elite
No label at the moment. This track sounds like a remix of "Rank 1 - Airwave". It has all the usual Wavetraxx sounds; nice piano melody, tough with acid tweaks, and an emotional, very strong melody. If you love "Airwave" you will love this track too.

12": Preview: Meriton Celiku - Never Die Alone
No label at the moment. This one has a bit of odd sounding melody in the midbreak, which turns out to be really great and exciting. A powerful and interesting production.

12": Preview: Enjoy vs. Punisher - I'm Back
Will be released on Thurning Wheel (the label from DJ Subsonic) in July/Aug 2005. The follow up single to "Atlantis" which was released in April 2005 by Slave Punisher & Dj Enjoy. "I'm Back" starts with a mellow intro with a flute melody and a woman speaking. After that, it toughens up as per usual until the midbreak where the beautiful flute melody flows in again. The rest of the track is great with that powerful melody from the intro and the midbreak playing throughout.

12": Preview: Wavetraxx - Nightshift
No label at the moment. "Nightshift" is a bit different from the previous Wavetraxx productions. It has a slower BPM, simular to "Hypetraxx - See the day". The midbreak is really majestic and the melody is very beautiful and interesting. Pianochords and strings fit perfectly into hard-trance and Chris Menzi really knows how to create a superb atmosphere in his tracks, just like in "Nightshift". Lovely...
