Both the Extended Mix and Club Mix are commercial sounding trance anthems that no doubt will do well with main stream clubs and Ibiza hangouts, but its Aglaja's Passion Remix that does the real business here, dropping the majority of the vocals and keeping just the spoken "ocean of dreams" sample, reworking this into a superb, uplifting summer trance anthem. Essential.

Note that this is a different Trinity to the artist listed above. Trinity are Aliencity, Chris Parker and Chris Talin - three DJs who have already spent many years in the business and innumerable evenings in foreign countries inspiring masses with their sets. For their debut single they transformed "Das Boot 2003" into a true club bomb! Shortly before that they won a remix contest with Spacejockey's 'Elevator' (new project: Masterblaster) and remixed artists such as Marks Jones, DJ Cyglas's 'Sweet Lies', DJ loop's 'Energie', Philip Rochard and DJ Fuchur to name a few. 'Das Boot' is an excellent cover of the early 90's track of the same name by U96, and more recently Wavetraxx. Opening with dramatic and slightly eerie chords, 'Das Boot' then breaks straight into driving trance mode. It's a tough yet uplifting trancer with powerful chords and a characteristic sonar ping throughout (hence the title), plus the occasional vocoder sample of 'Das Boot'. Quality tune. On the flip side 'Mankind is in Danger' is equally as good, making this an all-round essential purchase. For more information see www.phuturewave.de.
