Track Listing:
- The Incredible Bongo Band - Apache
- Whole Darn Family - Seven Minutes of Funk
|
Released 12/00 on Alpha Omega Recordings. This vinyl features two artists, The Incredible Bongo Band and Whole Darn Family. Head straight for the IBB's take on 'Apache', which is a fantastic revamp of The Shadows classic track of the same title. As the name of the artist suggests, this is percussion fueled and all very tounge in cheek - an excellent party piece.

Released 2001 on Strut. While most of the album is reminiscent of the 60's and 70's, several tracks
are peppy bongo and drumbeat-fueled toe-tappers. And, of course, it has Apache. Thanks to Brian Harris for this information.
