Sundance

Track Listing:

  1. Radio Mix (4:03)
  2. Club Mix (6:59)
  3. Q:Dos Remix (9:43)
  4. Cut La Roc's Voodoo '89 Mix (5:59)
  5. Imperial's Sunkissed Dub (7:12)
  6. Intrumental Edit (4.02)

Released in '97 on React Music. Written by L. Booker, N. Woolfson and M. Shimmon and produced by Woolfson and Shimmon. The original 'Club Mix' is full on cheesey-trance but very uplifting, featuring the unmistakable melody from The Sabres of Paradise's 'Smokebelch'. Q:Dos convert this track into a respectable trancer, whilst Cut La Roc's (Skint Records) 'Voodoo Mix' adds an experimental tribal-jazz edge to the track which will probably appeal to drum n bass fans. The 'Imperial Sunkissed Dub' gets back to the trancey beats and is another contender for the dancefloor.

Track Listing:

  1. Original Version (6:58)
  2. Q:Dos Remix (6:54)
  3. Cut La Roc's Voodoo '89 Mix (5:59)

Re-released in '98 on React Music. Written by L. Booker, N. Woolfson and M. Shimmon and produced by Woolfson and Shimmon. The 'Original Version' is the same as the 'Club Mix' on the '97 release, whilst the excellent 'Q:Dos Remix' looses 3 minutes over its original format - hmmmm.

Single: Sundance '98 Mixes

Sundance

Track Listing:

  1. '98 Remix Edit (3:45)
  2. '98 Remix (7:12)
  3. Moonman Remix (8:10)

Released in '98 on React Music. Written by L. Booker, N. Woolfson and M. Shimmon and produced by Woolfson and Shimmon. This classic track resurfaces with two fine remixes; the '98 Remix' stays faithful to the original mix, whilst the 'Moonman Remix' is a superb trancer thats more akin to the QDos remix.

Single: The Living Dream

The Living Dream

Track Listing:

Disc One:
  1. Edit (3:56)
  2. Main Vocal (7:06)
  3. The Swimmer Remix (8:47)
Disc Two:
  1. Transa Mix (5:57)
  2. Cut La Roc Vocal (6.58)
  3. Cut La Roc Dub (6.58)

Released 2/99 on React Music. Available on two 12' plus original and remix CD's. Written N. Woolfson and M. Shimmon and produced by Woolfson and Shimmon. This is very similar sounding to the preceding single 'Sundance', yet it retains an air of originality and a superb sample of the premier Gospel singer Junior Robertson - hence is a worthy purchase. Head straight for the superb remixes by Transa (Hook-Bellboy) and The Swimmer (Spirit Recordings) - two excellent slices of trance, although the 'Main Vocal' should not be overlooked if cheddar is your cup of tea. Apparently this track is dedicated to the memories of the late eighties Rave of the same name, where Mark Shimmon DJ'd.
