Brazillian beats and percussion harmonies of South Africa fuse with Western electronica at the highest standard.

Released 2001 on Six Degrees Records (USA). Once again Six Degrees delivers the goods in the third instalment of their globe-hopping Traveler series. Whilst mostly down-tempo there is the occasional upbeat moment, with the ragga/drum and bass fusion of State of Bengal's 'Rama Communication', a classic from 1999, standing out as an obvious example. This sits side by side with the likes of the chilled UFO remix of 'Homebase' by dZihan & Kamien and an exclusive remix of Another Fine Day's interpretation of the folk tune 'Scarborough Fair'

Released 2001 on Six Degrees Records (USA). From the Six Degrees release 'Beautiful My Child'. Written by Ken Ramm. Addtional remix and production on track 2 by Simon & Robin Lee for Faze Action Productions, on track 3 by Fila Brazillia and on track 4 by Garry Hughes. 'Sweet Rain' follows close in the heals of the Afro Celt Sound System with its very folky strings. The LP Version features a female backing vocal/chant, whilst both the Faze Action Remix and the Fila Brazillia Mix drop this vocal in favour of an African chant, which to be quite honest, works far better and adds the deeper global vibe. The GHQ Interpretation steps the pace up a gear and drops all the vocals/chants - in comparison this remix is quite hectic but it works well in a fast 'n furious techno rockabilly kind of way. An excellent single.
