| 12": Rank 1 - Airwave[7002725]
Released 12/99 on Free-For-All Records. Written and produced by Piet Bervoets & Benno de Goeij. This is simply one of the best new tracks I've heard in a long time. Piet Bervoets has excelled this time round with a sublime and uplifting trancer. Quality.
| 12": Rank 1 - Airwave[CGR009]
Released 1/00 on Clubb Groove Records. Written and produced by Piet Bervoets & Benno de Goeij. Additional production on track 2 by Andre Tanneberger. I'm not sure if you can really call this a remix, since ATB have only made subtle changes to the original. The Rank1 vs Dutch Force Remix is still the superior remix by far.
| CD Single/12": Rank1 - Airwave[FESCD 69/562 721-2]
Released 4/00 on Manifesto Records. Written and produced by Piet Bervoets & Benno de Goeij. Four months on and the UK have at last woken up to this Dutch trance anthem. Also the first opportunity to get this on CD single.
| CDS: Rank1 - Airwave[KONTOR105]
Released 2000 on Kontor Records. Written and produced by Piet Bervoets & Benno de Goeij. Thanks to Brian Harris for this information.
| 12": Rank 1 - Black Snow / The Citrus Juicer[FFA 7002375]
Released '99 on Free For All Records. Written and produced by Piet Bervoets & Benno de Goeij. Not quite to the same anthemic standards as Airwave, but nontheless these two cuts are excellent trancers.

CD Single: Such is Life feat. Shanokee[KONTOR185]
Released 9/01 on Kontor Records. Written and produced by Benno de Goeij and Piet Bervoets. Vocals written and performed by Penny McCleery. Additional remix and production on track 6 by Marco Verkuijlen and Benjamin Kuijten. This highly commercial sounding vocal trancer is a complete change in direction for Rank1. The vocals work well with the underlying trance tune, which itself is typically anthemic; no doubt this will be big in commercial club land. The Sunday Afternoon Rework is a short, more down-tempo affair, based largly upon the vocal, whilst the Deep Dub steps back on the throttle, dropping the vocal and opting for a pounding, deeper electro vibe, pausing only briefly for an mid-track anthemic breakdown. The Marco V Remix is a tougher rework of the original version, again vocal based although less euro-trance in style.

12": Such is Life feat. Shanokee[CGR018R]
Released 8/01 on Clubgroove Records. Written and produced by Benno de Goeij and Piet Bervoets. Vocals written and performed by Penny McCleery. Additional remix and production on track 2 by Talla 2XLC. Thumbs up to Talla for producing the best version of 'Such is Life', who minimises the vocal so that it works well with the tune rather than over-powering it, as it does in the other versions.
