Released 2004 on Virgin Records. This compilation was an unexpected surprise. Whilst I have always been a fan of our lovable pink friend in his various film and TV excursions, I wasn't really expecting this CD to deliver the goods in any shape or form. However, from start to end this compilation is perfectly pitched for any occasion where a chilled out vibe (with a hint of chic and cheek) is required. And the added bonus is the reworkings of the Pink Panther Theme (i.e the Malibu Remix, the St. Germain Remix and the Fisherspooner Mix), which individually add new twists to the well known title tune of Henry Mancini. And one other point - the art work to this CD, most of which is found on the inner sleeve of this fantastic CD, is impeccable, and a fine tribute to the hippest feline to strut the airwaves.
