Neon Light
Neon Light are an early 90's German group consisting of R. Arduini, G. Bortolotti and L. Lauri. To my knowledge the only produced four tracks; Dance to the Trance, Get Down Everybody, Keep on Dancing and Zi Pompa. If anybody has any further information please do let me know.

Released 1993 on ZYX Records (Germany). All tracks produced by Gianfranco Bortolotti. Realised by DJ Pagany & R. Arduini. Mixed by R. Arduini and B. Guerrini. 'Dance to the Trance' contains many elements of 'Zi Pompa' and could easily be mistaken as a remix of it. But its not aged as well as Zi Pompa, as some of the chords and synths have that unmistakable early 90's rave sound. Interesting to hear though.

Released 1993 on ZYX Records. Produced by Gianfranco Bortolotti. Recorded and arranged by L. de Preti, Magic Domingo and B. Guerrini. Mixed by B. Guerrini at Media "Non Smoking" Studio. This is a classic track that still gets the same response as it did many years ago. The club mix is the one to home in on here, where an uplifting fusion of global beats, African style samples of "Zi Pompa, Pompa...." bounce along in a Balaeric fashion. Its an old Whirl-Y-Gig favourite that remains at the top of my favourites list. The other mix of interest here is the Atmosphear Mix, which transforms the track into a hypnotic, marching, military style dance track. This fantastic single is a complete rarity and an essential to the collection.
