12": Miango - Mussiki é[DTB023] | |||
Released 2/03 on Deep Touch Black, a division of S.F.P. Records (USA). Written by Fred Brigaud, Willy L. Sidney, Pascal Guinard & Alain Gibierge. Produced by Pascal Guinard & Alain Gibierge. 'Mussiki é' is an superb, uplifting global dance gem. The best of the mixes is the Jungle Mix, combining African tribal drums with very catchy backing vocals, steel drums and a spot of Ragga vocals courtesy of Mister Jay. The Deeptouch Tribe Edit is an edit of the Jungle Mix, whilst the Original Mix strips away the steel drums, adding extra percussion and a mid-track saxaphone solo. The African Radio Edit is based mainly on the African drums, with a short bust of the backing vocals and steel drums. Essential for global dance floors.
