Gekko Records is the daughter label of Platipus Records, set up at the end of the year 2000 for the release of a range of sounds including chunky beats, tribal rhythms and euphoric vocals.

Released 2/2001 (12" only). Written and produced by Stacy Burket. Licenced from Tounge & Groove. Additional remix and production on track 1 by Praha. The first 12" on Gekko and its a storming slice of driving ethno/tribal trance. Whilst both of Stacy's remixes are rather weak affairs, its the storming Praha Remix that maximises the use of the tribal vocal and converts this into an essential tune. An impressive debut from Gekko.
