12": Dave Joy - First Impression[PTRAXX2018]
Released 2001 on Planet Traxx Records (a division of Drizzly Music GmbH). Written by P. Marek, D. Paez & M. Hunziker and produced by P. Marek & D. Paez. Additional remix and production on track 1 by DJ Loudness & Dave Joy and on track 3 by Reverb & DJ Giotto. This Original Skyline Mix of 'First Impression' is an average tuneful piece of trance, but its Reverb & DJ Giotto's S.H.O.K.K Mix that does the business here, reworking this tune into a huge stomping hard-edged trancer. Essential.

12": Dave Joy - Third Pleasure[PTRAXX2032]
Released 8/03 on Planet Traxx Records (a division of Drizzly Music GmbH). Written by David
Kolodziej, Mario Kauffman and Marc Hunziker. Produced by Moonman Productions. Vocals by
Angie Mirams. Additional remix and production on track 2 by D 'NYC' Schimonik, S 'DJ
D-Light' Buettner and S 'SF2000' Milde, and on track 3 by DJ Spoke vs Vespa 63. Dave Joy is
back with undoubtedly his best tune to date in the form of three quality mixes. The
Original Mix is a late night, tough, driving trancer with uplifting undertones
(featuring the softly spoken female vocal "enjoy the rhythm"), whilst the DJ D-Light
Remix is a significantly lighter version (no pun intended), which retains all the
elements of the original and grows into a peak set anthem. The DJ Spoke Remix
doesn't quite live up to the standard of the other two mixes, but is a healthy remix in its
own right. This one is going to be on my play list for a while!
