Bio

Bio are Andy Young (The Secret) and Ade Chapman, producers of organic uplifting and melodic trance. They were introduced to Planet Angel following a phone call between Andy and Whirl-Y-Gig's DJ Monkey Pilot. They were invited down to the next Planet Angel party where they found "gorgeous trance music played at a sensible pace, a diverse range of friendly clubbers and an intelligent party vibe sadly missing in many London clubs." Impressed as they were, Bio asked for a gig and so it was that they made their debut live appearance at Planet Angel on Friday 13th September 2002, the recording of which was later released on Planet Angel Records under the title Bio Live @ Planet Angel. Two years later Bio released their first studio album 'Bio::Chemistry'.

Our first release on Planet Angel Records and its a stonker of a CD, capturing the electric vibe of that Friday night when Bio performed their debut live appearance in the Trance Meltdown room at Planet Angel.

Released 10/04. Written and produced by Bio, except track 6 written and produced by Stowers and Young. Additional programming on track 4 by Rob Tuck. Mixed by DJ Therapy. Two years on from their first live appearance at Planet Angel and Bio have released their first studio album featuring an impressive range of new uplifting trance anthems, superbly mixed together by DJ Therapy. Obvious standout tracks include 'Joyride' and the Bio remix of 'Second Coming', although I hasten to add that this CD hits the mark from start to finish. Superb.
