The Age of Love are Bruno Sanchioni and Guieppe Cherchia, who are probably best known for Jam and Spoons brilliant Watch Out For The Stella mix of their trance anthem of the same name.

Jam and Spoons brilliant Watch Out For The Stella mix of this trance anthem has been played in clubland for years and has appeared on countless trance compilations. Its an all time trance classic, one of my favourites. The other mixes (1,2 and 3 by Jam & Spoon and track 4 by Mark Andrews) don't compare to the Stella mix but are still worth a listen.

I never believed that this golden oldie would be improved, but thumbs up to Paul Van Dyk who adds a fresh angle to this great track and breathes some new life into it. It's a great trance remix, retaining the original hands in the air anthemic style with big build-ups and meaty beats. Baby Doc provides a darker hard house remix, which probably will go down well on the dance floor.

This extra CD single contains further remixes. Secret Knowledge provide a hard house, stomping remix which is going to set dance floors alight, whilst Emmanuel Top provides a more techno type remix which is a little bare, being stripped of the vocals. The Boeing mix sticks closer to the original Stella mix, slowed down with extra samples thrown in for good measure - however, its a little on the short side (5 minutes) and fades out horribly at what seems like the middle of the track. This extra CD is definitely worth getting for the Secret Knowledge mix alone.

Released 1998 on React Music. Yes, its hard to believe, but they've dug up this oldie classic yet again, given it a polish and re-released it (is this the third or forth time now?). '98 sees the addition of two new remixes to the pile, the notable contribution is that of the lengthy Johnny Vicious Remix.
